Thea serves as Assistant General Counsel for Cummins Inc. She earned her J.D. from Indiana University-Indianapolis, her master's degree from Indiana University South Bend, and her bachelor's degree in finance from Michigan State University.
She has been honored as a Madame C.J. Walker Outstanding Woman of the Year by the Center for Leadership Development, a Woman of Influence by the Indianapolis Business Journal, and is a recipient of the Indiana Commission for Women's Torchbearer Award. Thea actively participates in the community, serving on the boards and committees of various organizations, including the YMCA and the Indianapolis Public Library Foundation. She has been an Everwise member for 32 years.
