Nancy is Chief Human Resource Officer at Everwise and is responsible for the development and deployment of enterprise-wide talent, diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, and learning strategies. Nancy and her team focus on effectively identifying and understanding talent needs and opportunities, and tailoring an employee experience that enables an engaged, productive workforce that maximizes the contributions of a diverse employee base.
She earned her MBA from Northern Illinois University, a Bachelor of Science degree from Elmhurst College and has certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
Before joining Everwise in 2023, Nancy held management consulting and human resource leadership positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Alliant Credit Union, Takeda Pharmaceuticals, Automatic Data Processing (ADP), and Baxter Healthcare.
