Derrick has been an Everwise member since 1989 and has served on the Supervisory Committee since 2001. He is currently the Operations Manager at GXO Logistics.
From 2009 through June 2017, he worked in progressively responsible roles with RENK Systems Corporation, Ozburn Hessey Logistics, and the Stacey Toran Foundation. Before that, he held various positions with the Allison Transmission Division of General Motors - a manufacturer of heavy-duty automatic transmissions - from 1990 until its merger into the Carlyle/Onex group in 2009.
In addition to his role at Everwise, Derrick also serves as Chairman of the Stacey Toran Foundation. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in communications/education from Butler University.
