Oscar is the Founder and Principal of Bondry Consulting, Indiana's sole minority-owned and veteran-owned municipal advisory firm. Before establishing Bondry, he served as the Senior Director of Facility Strategy and Financing for The Mind Trust and held the positions of CFO and Controller for the City of Fishers and the City of Lawrence.
He is actively involved on various not-for-profit boards in the Indianapolis area, including the Monarca Academy, the Indiana Latino Institute, Bosma Enterprises, and the Indiana Urban Land Institute. His accomplishments include recognition as an Indiana Business Journal's Forty under 40 honoree and being named Indy's Best and Brightest winner in the field of Government by Junior Achievement of Central Indiana. He is also an active reservist in the Army Reserves, where he serves as a military finance instructor.
